Hi,

I have built a Word 2007 Add-in that allow you to import citations using Bibtex, RIS, and other formats. It also has a feature that allows you to automatically fetch citation from websites such as Amazon, ACM Portal, Citeseer, etc. Checkout my blog post describing this tool over here

Hi John: If you click the citation, you should get a drop box (see screenshot below). If that does not work, just show your cursor above it and right click. That should give you the “edit citation” option. Click that and you will get an option to add page numbers.

I can’t figure out how to add page numbers to citations. I put the cursor in the citation: it highlights the field, but no drop down menu appears. Any tips? Thanks.

A quick thank you – couldn’t figure out how to add page numbers to citations in Word 2007. Googled it, first result was your article, and two seconds later it all became clear……
