Useful Software

The following are my bookmarks relating to useful software.  Some point to sites that provide online or offline services, others lead to articles describing these software.  The selection features general software (such as office tools) as well as specialised tools that are used by a smaller number of people.  As often as possible, I have given small blurbs to indicate the nature of the software. Most of these are freeware and available totally free.  Some of these are available in large number of universities and other offices and would be accessible at our workspaces.

The selection of sotwares mentioned here would be of special interest to students.

6. Agna Homepage

7. AvniTech Free Note Organizer, Text Editor

   Keep related notes in one file, links them, print collections with automatic ToC, etc. Well-connected notes help you brainstorm and review your ideas more effectively. Also has other advanced features.

9. Touch Graph

   A funky clustering utility that creates an image of related websites by keyword or by urls. Links can be created trough google search
