Needless to say “India” is a crazily broad category to bookmark anything.  But when I reviewed my bookmarks with this tag, I found that there were many useful links to organisations, policy issues, etc. that may have been left out in thematic categories.  What would be of use are the blurbs that accompany many of these links.
